Negative Calories Food

Negative calorie food are food that use more calories to digest than the amount of calories the food contains. Calories from these food are much harder for the body to use. In other words, the body has to work harder in order to extract calories from these food. Even though a food may contain equal amount of calories, much less of these calories can possibly turn into fat in negative calorie food as fewer calories are actually available to the body. This gives these food a tremendous natural fat-burning advantage.

IMPORTANT: These food are only considered as negative calories if you have them FRESH, RAW or SLIGHTLY STEAMED (for meat) WITHOUT any dressing, sauce or flavoring. Juices, boiled food and proccessed (canned) food are NOT considered as negative calories as it’s original nutrients and fiber are lost..
