Food Diary: 1st & 2nd June

June, 1st
S: Honeydew, Green Tea, ½ Grapefruit
D: 2 Corn Thins (Yummy!), ½ slice Reduced Fat Cheese
S: Jackfruit, Persimmon
Burned: Hula Hooping - 2 x 15 mins / Stationary Bike - 15 mins

June, 2nd
S: Green Tea, ½ Grapefruit
D: 130g Boiled Bok Choy, Yakult Ace Light
S: Persimmon, Small Peach
Burned: Hula Hooping - 2 x 15 mins

The plan was for me to stop eating after 11pm this month (I usually sleep at 4-5am). And so far it’s been good as it makes me have less binges on fruits. But it’s only Day 2 so we’ll have to see..

Omg, I hate this these months when all the yummy fruits are in season. I need to stop eating persimmon especially. :O:O But I just bought 2 boxes back yesterday fml >_<

Didn’t wanna have the bananas. But my dad told my mom off for buying too many and my mom got me to help finish it. And bananas are yummy stuffs. Damn.. I need to stop giving in to fruits :O:O
